In a brief 27 hours, the Bookalicious girlies wrapped up Season 1 - Elantris.
Elantris is now a space ship at cruising altitude. Raoden decides to hit 'continue' on his Elantris journ and save the world while Hrathen faces every high schooler's nightmare: professing your love to your crush for them to ask who you are.
After postulating for 8 months about Aiden's purpose, we find out that Chrissy's best guess was in Episode 2 when she described Elantris as Sesame Street. If only she had looked to Count Dracula instead of Big Bird's alphabet sponsors.
Three infinity stones must suspend belief as Roaden uses the transportation spell for the first time across an ocean using Aiden's step count. A step count which Aiden collected at the young age of 6 whilst on a boat.
We can't finish the book without Sarene finally getting married, only for Sarene to ick the girlies out once more by making awkward s*x jokes.
Sanderson gives us a final pallet cleanse with an epilogue that sends Hrathen off with a somber goodbye and Raodens final shower thoughts when thinking of all that had happened.
