Hi there! My name is Alicia, I'm a mum, wife, daughter, friend. I currently work as an Account Executive for a software company called Supermetrics in Melbourne, Australia. As a female working in IT over the last 13 years, I have grown in my confidence as I found my voice, and loved working with others who were also finding theirs. This passion led me to start this very podcast, where I have the pleasure of chatting with, and holding space for, some amazing talented women with inspiring stories.
On this inaugural episode, I asked my dear friend Julie Hyde to interview me first, so that you can get to know me better. I'll share how I transitioned from one career in education to my current role, the role mentors have played in my life, and how I have navigated my journey thus far as a woman in the technology sector.
