This two-part series is a great story of homelessness, and fighting against all the odds, living on the streets, and being determined to overcome all the odds. Charmain Woods suffered severe abuse at the hands of her mother, and was determined to succeed. She got herself sufficient qualifications to enter the Police Force serving in many of the tough squads, suffering verbal abuse, sexual innuendos, and finally becoming a Solicitor in Port Macquarie.
