Description

One of the most common things I hear from people is that fear is stopping their progression and keeping them from accomplishing what they want in snowboarding. Everyone deals with fear, but it doesn't have to control us. Today I dive into what the fear response actually is in our bodies and methods to overcome it so that we can continue to progress our snowboarding!
