This is the first two part podcast I have ever done.  One might think the first half has nothing to do with the second half.  They are, however, connected.

The first half is my normal podcast.  I'm going to discuss the idea that the country, itself, is slowly smothering.  I need to warn you that you will be hearing my readings of the last words of two black men who were murdered by the police.

The second is raw talk.  I wrote nothing.  I had to tell you about something odd that happened.  My friend, Jenner, tells me my roommate and I may well have saved four lives that night... by refraining from violence.  You can decide for yourself.
