It’s going to be such a fun day today because we’re coming at you LIVE from my salon, Elle & Co.!! I am behind the chair three days a week and wouldn’t trade this time for the world. I thought this would be a super fun opportunity to get a little behind the scenes action with my team and get their perspective not only on their years of experience in the hair industry, but also their time here with me!
