When it comes time to vote, whether locally or nationally, we cannot be getting ready, we must be ready! Our conversation on THE WELL AFTER HOURS will not be political as much as a commission to the Faith community to understand theologically the relevance and importance of engaging in the ongoing push to advance the right to vote, prayerfully!

Reverend Leslie Marie Wilson is the Director of African American Religious Affairs (AARA) at People For the American Way and People For the American Way Foundation. Rev. Wilson has provided training to over 25,000 leaders within the African American Faith community for over 28 years. She also served as the national coordinator and field director for the National Rainbow /PUSH Coalition.
