Description

This week’s guest is Todd Aidman, a partner in a national labor and employment law firm.  An accomplished lifetime athlete, we chat about what to do when you’re “overhydrated” in a marathon, how hard an Ironman is compared to a Green Beret challenge, and working out in his garage with special forces operators.  Todd is also a renowned expert on work-related legal topics, so we get into what’s going on with labor unions, the challenges facing diversity equity, and inclusion programs, whether non-compete agreements are enforceable, paid leave, pay transparency, return to office policies and his advice for young people.  Before that, we get an update on Nikki’s much-anticipated half-marathon and why Chad is ready for everyone to start working again.
