On this VIDEO episode of Southeast Iowa Today John Bain visits with Principal of WACO Jr./Sr. High Tim Bartels. Tim shares with John the competion that is currently in place between the two schools as they compete to gather the most donations for their communities' food pantries. Mr. Bartels as well as Mr. Gill form Winfield-Mt. Union both have more than school pride on the line, they've got their pride on the line too. The prinicipal of the losing school will be serving lunch in the winning school's cafeteria while donning the winning school's jersey. If you would like to donate food items for this worthy cause and show your school pride, get it done before September 8th!
