We’re joined today by Dale Pelletier, aka The Humble Commish, started his Tourney Time March Madness pool in 2013 with 30 players. By 2018 it had reached 115 participants. This year, his multi-media mix of pop culture, cocktail recipes and deep dives into hardwood history entertains 321 hopeful hoops bracketeers.
