Description

Can an art form like dance bring about miracles, or be tied to mental health in some way? We see it, specially through our guest Matt's story of how he found dance at a pivotal time in his life. In this episode, he shares his journey with his mental health, navigating through his identity as a queer Vietnamese American and what masculinity means, and how several transformative events led him to begin his non-profit, Psypher, which empowers the youth to learn about wellness and mental health through the unique entrypoint of urban dance.

Psypher is beginning WELLNESS IN PLACE, a 14 day virtual workshop designed to foster wellness together, this MONDAY 3/30. No dance experience required, and it's FREE. Be sure to sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfmAZiUEbb6AKXLLZHur1_iy_B-yuuH9LI1XA6ja425Y5xX-g/viewform
