Major General (Retired) Gregg F. Martin joined us this week and what a story. Gregg, jumped right out the gates sharing his life growing up in Holbrook, Ma. This is where is desire to really be the best at everything he did started. Something that will later be diagnosed as being bipolar. You will read and hear multiple times how he is a bipolar survivor. This is where his story really began. We love to give the recap, but this is where our guest is such an amazing story teller, and it is his story to tell. We are going to say, you need to watch/listen. If you are someone that struggles with PTSD or any other type of mental health problems, this show is for you. This is a decorated Soldier and leader who was dealing with so much of what was going on in his head, yet accomplished so much in his military career.
