Eric was excited for another Herostock 2023 reunion with Joe Allen Christi this week. Joe, a 24 year year veteran of the Air Force, turned independent music artist had a great story. From. growing up in Corpus Christi, Texas to joining the military and traveling the world doing finance for the Air Force. Shared how he met his wife in Panama, and was welcomed with open arms by her family. While being shipped all over the world, he decided in his late thirties to start learning and doing new things. this is where he started running Spartan Races. While on the learning kick, he decided to start singing and playing guitar leading to the man we are talking to today. He is now a Country Music singer with a passion for his music and his family. Joe shared a few of his songs with us, and we played his song "Keep the Flag", which you will need to get a tissue ready for. If you are in the Colorado Springs area, go check him out.
