In today's show I am joined by Acumen law's Kyla Lee. We discuss another complaint filed by transgender woman Jessica Yaniv. After having more than 6 cases dismissed by the BC Human Rights Tribunal, she has since filed another complaint against a Vancouver salon for refusing to wax her legs. We also discuss an issue where an indigenous man and his 12 year old granddaughter were handcuffed while trying to open an account at a Vancouver BMO branch. I am also joined by TNRD CHair Ken Gillis to discuss concerns he has about an article written in the local paper when it comes to its hospitality policy and specifically alcohol consumption. And to end off the show I catch up with Kamloops Blazers ply-by-play announcer Jon Keen to discuss a pair of wins in what was a wild weekend series with Kelowna that included 18 fighting majors and a line brawl.
