Kamloops Mayor Ken Christian discusses a return to public hearings for city council, flooding issues in the city and whether a rise Kamloops home prices is starting to make the city unaffordable. Building and Engineering Development Manager Jason Dixon joins me to talk about building activity in the city for the month of May. The number of permits issued and the dollar value were down last month when compared to May of 2019, but it still remains a strong year for construction. And to end things off the Chief Marketing Officer for Sun Peaks Resort to talk about it being added to The Mountain Collective and how it is planning for the summer.
