Garett is the owner of Mental Stride Performance, where he works with athletes and performers of all varieties. He is both a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He currently resides in southern California and works at UC-San Diego in their Athletic Performance Department, operating in a blended role across sport psychology and strength & conditioning.
