As two BIPOC creatives, we wanted to have conversations with other BIPOC creative women. This episode is the first of our new series called 'Conversations with Creatives'. In today's episode, we talk with Mo Bofill. Mo is the newest Partner and Creative Director, Design at 123w – one of Canada’s leading agencies. An independent idea and design collective based out of Vancouver and Toronto. In this episode, we discuss self-doubt, mental health, what it feels like to be the only BIPOC woman in the room, and how to be seen for who you are in your creative role. Mo also chats to us about her personal projects and why she makes the time to be creative for herself outside of her job.
