Are you allowed to feel tired from fun? One of my favorite metaphors and one of my favorite permission slips, all in one! Talking about the parallels of energy and time and also:

• how you’re totally allowed to get tired from having spent your energy budget on joyful things you really really want to do
• how you don’t HAVE to be at full capacity to do anything
• how time often equals energy and the butter equivalent
• and what is worth it for you to get tired for.
