Description

"Love yourself" and "Treat yourself kindly" are fantastic suggestions, and how in the WORLD do we actually do that? What might that actually look like in a normal human life? Hint: it's not doubling down on bubble baths... I have a quick, easy suggestion, it doesn't take any extra time out of your day, it's simply a tip to start signalizing some more kindness, more care and (dare I say) more love to yourself.
