Description

One of the key causes of dis-ease is our emotions and our ability to express and release them. When they get stuck, fester or are stuffed down we create pain, illness and recurring symptoms.

We know this but often life gets so frantic or it is too scary to slow down and face them. In this week episode I talk about this, how we need to normalise correlating our physical health with speaking and expressing how we are feeling.
