Description

Democrats get to change horses midstream and choose...her. In this episode I briefly touch on the events since last week - Trump's VP pick of JD Vance, his speech at the Republican National Convention, more damning evidence the Secret Service sucks at their jobs - and then get into President Biden announcing Sunday he won't seek a 2nd term in office. Within less than 48 hours of his announcement, it appears Kamala Harris has enough delegates to win the nomination at the convention. We didn't get to hear from anyone else, and no one got to challenge her for the highest office in the land. Will the choice hurt Democrats? Does Kamala Harris have a better chance of beating Trump in the general election? The truth is we have no idea because everything we thought mattered in this presidential race just changed.
