Talking about your mental health is a sign of strength. To be able to be vulnerable with your thoughts and feelings is the first step to dealing with any personal troubles and it's important to know that you do not have to deal with it alone. We dive deep on the weight we carry as children to immigrant parents and our worries to feel the want to give back to our parents who gave up everything up for us.
