After working in over 5 different industries while getting exposure to bootstrapping start-ups to working in an organization with 15,000+ employees as an HR professional, I’ve realized that hard work alone is not enough for one to succeed.
Success often depends on factors beyond our control, like timing, luck, and hidden biases.
That is why I want to focus on what is within our control - I’ve noticed, to thrive and effectively lead through change, we must start by focusing on The Leader Within. The better that we can understand and lead ourselves the better we will be able to understand and lead others.
