On today’s episode, the incredible story of Pancho Gonzalez. As a young man in Mexico, his dream was to open a McDonald’s franchise. He made that dream a reality, and also made the American dream a reality. Follow his journey from his first store in Mexico to working for the McDonald’s Corporation in Mexico as Managing Director of all McDonald’s in the country, and then VP and GM of several regions in the US. From there, moving on to Vice President of the Americas for Inspire Brands, to now becoming the CEO of Lopez Dorada, one of the largest protein suppliers to the Quick Service Restaurant industry, overseeing 4 processing plants. What an American success story! All this while we enjoyed dinner and tequilas at Picos Mexican Restaurant in Houston, Texas.
