Erin Perrigo is a health coach who helps her clients be consciously healthy. That is, she helps her clients approach health with a conscious intention to be emotionally healthy in order to have the best physical health possible. 

Erin's perspective came from working through the pain and trauma her daughter suffered as a baby and the resulting health struggles that came as a result.
