Description

Lately I’ve been struggling to get up and do the things I told myself I was going to do. This is because when I do these things (workout, homework, podcast prep, etc.) I want to do it at 100%. But it’s not all or bust. I still have to do the task, be discipled and consistent to maintain the routine, but I don’t need to do it 100% every time. Completing the task at 50% is that much closer to the goal compared to doing nothing.
