This episode of the Hope Not Nope Podcast shares Hope Stories about grandma's running with their grandkids, invites runners into the truth about barefoot and minimalist shoes, as well as leans into the following questions:

In pursuit of consistent Hope, how do you handle bad days, days of discouragement and/or days with bad symptoms? Do you allow for days where you can’t push through it, or does that no longer occur for you?

I've had some foot issues when running and have heard I should switch shoes, I've also heard barefoot shoes reduce running injuries, should I wear minimalist or barefoot shoes?

Someone I know has had great accomplishments through high school.  However since this time, which was 23 years ago, life has been a struggle for them.  I continue to have hope for this person.  I have listened, suggested, offered and paid for therapy (and more) but nothing has worked.  What should I do?
