Grief has so many facets, and as we know the way in which we handle it can look different. Yet  the common denominator is the experience of loss.. But how we deal with it, and in the manner in which we deal with it varies from person to person.

Even if we know we have to address it doesn’t mean we want to or feel ready.  For some, tackling that feeling of sadness and sorrow can be so overwhelming. It can seem almost impossible to address.
