Shownotes
We hear about the different stages of grief and know that loss can bring about feelings of shock, anger, bargaining, But what people don’t often recognize is that grief can also bring out other wounds. Past wounds and issues that were never addressed. It can bring forth issues that might not have been apparent until after a loved one dies, and now we, the grief-stricken, have to face those feelings and work towards healing. Today’s guest gives us some powerful approaches to healing and has developed a powerful ministry to help with healing.
Our Guest
Sonja Corbitt launched the Love Heals model after seeing extraordinary growth and healing in the lives of those she teaches through what Jesus called the “first and greatest” Commandment in Mark 12:30.
Sonja’s podcasts, award-winning books, and sold-out speaking events led to one-on-one consultations; which became the Love Heals Masterclass; and then Love Heals LIVE, all of which are directly and indirectly transforming the hearts, souls, minds, and bodies of hundreds of thousands of people.
Drawing on decades of experience and training at the Holy Apostles College and Seminary; Catholic Psychotherapy Association; NICABM; Compassionate Inquiry; Encounter School of Ministry; JPII Healing Center Ministry Training; and Unbound®, Sonja teaches how to feel better and how to be better.
