In a “hit it and quit it” generation it’s time to flip the script and build long term relationships.
Of course not in a blind loyalty “I will never get another price from anyone else as long as I live” kinda way, but in a way that puts people and service in a similar or even higher playing field than money.
It’s people that make the business’s wheels spin. Staff. Suppliers. Clients. Probably in that order tbh.
