The pull-up is one of my favourite exercises. It's great for building your pulling strength, developing your lats and upper back, and also for assessing your relative strength.
If you strength and body-composition are both in a good place, you'll be smashing out sets and reps of pull-ups. If one or both is lagging slightly, it'll show in your pull-up ability.
This episode will be perfect for you if your looking to progress you pull-ups from sets of 3-5, to being able to smash out multiple strict sets of 10+ reps.
