God is the generous host of creation, and He’s loaded His good world with abundance. But God didn’t want to leave creation where it was. So, He introduced humanity to spread and share the abundance. But humanity didn’t trust the generous host, and we wanted to choose how we should use God's blessings.
And this rejection of God’s generosity and wisdom didn’t stop with Adam and Eve, but it continued through every generation God chose to bless. No one wants to share God’s gifts. So, God gave one final gift, and Jesus saw Himself as that final gift. A gift of salvation from our world of scarcity and death.
