Offir is owner of Tropical by Reefa skateboarding lifestyle brand and sister of artist and Miami legend Israel "Reefa" Hernandez. Reefa was an accomplished artist who's life was cut short when his heart stopped after being tased by Miami PD. Offir talks about her brother, their Colombian heritage, and her work in the community to bring awareness to police brutality.
