you. "You care for the earth, drenching it with rain; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it." -Psalm 65:9
Just as the God nourishes the earth, so too are our spirits nourished. In the midst of stress, take a moment to breathe deeply, knowing that the same care given to the earth is extended to you. We are all connected, all sustained by this sacred flow of life.
