Carol Hayes, founder of Placing Russell. Originally from Pensacola, Florida and moved to Texas with her family in 1986. She has 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, with the last 6 of those owning and operating Placing Russell. Her experience is versed across the healthcare spectrum, from pharmacy to nursing homes, to state and federal benefits. Her passion comes from her experience with her father and it turned into serving and educating the community on non-medical and medical options and benefits. She believes the best thing you can do for seniors or disabled adults who needs help with living options or benefits, is educate them on how to get the services they need and connect them directly. Her goal is to provide exceptional services to our local communities to help find and obtain the services they need. She enjoys spending time with her family, who she is close with and she absolutely loves her dog babies.
