This is the second time I get the opportunity to learn and talk with Erica and it was amazingly informative. Erica Williams, the founder of Count It All Joy Estate Sales, worked for a non-profit for several years but became burned out. Motivated by the presence of female entrepreneurs, she made the decision to complete her Master's degree and soon after decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. After attending an estate sale, Mrs. Williams determined that she too could find success in the estate sales industry. As a result, January 2010, Count It All Joy Estate Sales was born.
