In our first episode for 2022 I get the pleasure of speaking with a power couple. Ingrid and John Sullivan have worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. Through their experiences helping their own parents move, they came to realize that there was a great void in the industry and began concentrating their efforts toward helping Boomers and Seniors with downsizing and rightsizing moves. The Sullivan's have invest much time and training in becoming experts in senior real estate. They have been certified Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) by the National Association of Realtors and have also achieved the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation from the Senior Real Estate Institute.
