Sarah-Jane Fish is a 29 years old, originally from the gold coast and was diagnosed with Stage 2 lipoedema early 2020. She knew surgery was what she wanted to do but through years of researching multiple consultations, surgery dates and chatting and connecting with other women on instagram she decided to undergo lipoedema surgery with Dr Burgos from Lipemedical in Madrid Spain.
