Negativity bias is the thing that drives us to dwell on the negative in our lives, like embarrassing moments, regrets, fears, anxiety, etc. These thoughts can be irrational and catastrophizing. The good news is that we can challenge these negative thoughts and train our brains into a positivity bias.
