The moments I’ve felt weakest and doubted my worth with imposter syndrome have quietly become the steepest accents in my growth. Each time I dropped the mic after shaking through a presentation, I discovered a deeper resilience and fiercer courage. I felt pressure throughout my life to look strong and unfazed, but it kept my fears isolated within me.
Strength and connection surfaces when I get vulnerability and others do the same. Healing accelerates in community. Safe fellowship circles and support groups turn solitary pain into collective power.

This month I'm participating in a fundraiser for vestibular disorders awareness because I know what it’s like to live with something you can’t fully explain and no one can see. Visit my fundraising page: https://s2b.funraise.org/fundraiser/rachel-abbassi
