Description

These days I make more mistakes than I can count with consideration to my memory and language deficits. Today, I unwrap the gift of mistakes and explore how they can actually nourish our holistic health and well-being. Learning and growing from our mistakes with a bit of self-compassion allows us to bounce back much faster and stronger.

It’s about asking, "What can this teach me?"
Maybe it’s a skill gap you can bridge or a chance to spruce up a part of your character. It’s like turning on a light in a room you didn’t know was dark. After you've adjusted your sails, carry those lessons through in all your affairs. Let your mistakes guide your decision making and relationships. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Why heal alone what we can flourish together.

Mistakes enable us to renovate our whole selves to live our best life.
