Rachel talks about how her dreams perpetuate her fears. And although she doesn't analyze the details of her dreams, what she finds important is the main topic of the dream and how it made you feel. Most likely there is something that you need to address while your awake. Do an old fashioned brain dump on a piece of paper (or on your cell phone) to get it out into the world to look at it.
