I wanted to do this episode to explain the “why”. As seasoned athletes it’s easy to forget why ADs do what they do and ask what they ask of athletes. Or new athletes just don’t know things yet. Either way I think breaking down the barrier between athletes and ADs is beneficial to everyone.
