Having personally endured similar challenges in my own life, I recognized that I possessed the education and skills necessary to make a difference. Initially, I had planned to provide resume and cover letter writing services, but it quickly became apparent that these services were beyond the financial reach of many young Namibians. Despite this setback, I remained undaunted and decided to use my own resources to establish The AC, an organization committed to assisting young Namibians as they transition into the workforce. Even in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and high unemployment rates, our unwavering dedication to our mission has never faltered.
