True connection is multifaceted. Have you ever looked a stranger in the eye and laughed together over something funny? Yep, it can be as simple as that. On the other side of the spectrum, true connection can mean bearing your soul to a trusted friend. As humans, we are all programmed to require connection. Unfortunately, all too often we substitute substantial connections for those that are superficial and inauthentic.
