How does change happen? There are different philosophies on this. One is “Massive action is required for massive results.” Another is "Doing small things consistently makes the biggest change." This feels like the fable, "The Tortoise and the Hare." As you probably know, the tortoise wins the race by simply moving slowly but consistently. He doesn’t tire out and is able to give what he can and eventually gets the massive result he wants. In this episode, I talk about why this method is still the best way to approach reaching big goals and what to do when you feel like you didn’t win that race.
