In Episode 20 of Season 2, Trinity and Mike talk about the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS). Two of the categories they work with their clients on are Rocks and Issues. Rocks are opportunities or priorities or goals that should take no more than 90 days to complete. The Issues are potential hurdles that could hinder the success of that Rock. Rocks also give people in your company accountability. On order to be successful, you need to identify the resources and skills needed to reach your goal.
