On today's podcast I sit down former Stony Brook Women's Lacrosse player Ally Kennedy. In this interview Ally reflects on her lacrosse career up to this point including winning the American East Championship, growing up in New York, and playing in the AU pro lacrosse league. Ally is a IWLCA first-team All-American and Midfielder of Year, US Lacrosse Magazine Preseason Player of Year, First Team All-America East, 4 time America East Champion, and Second overall selection in inaugural Athletes Unlimited college draft.
