On today’s podcast we are joined by 2019 National Championship Winner with Maryland Erica Evans. In this episode Erica talks about her lacrosse career which started in Ontario, Canada. Erica then goes on to talk about her time in Canisius where she won a MAAC Championship and how she got through an ACL injury that caused her to miss her entire senior season with the Griffs. Fortunately this injury did allow Erica to transfer to Maryland where she and the Terrapins lost only 1 game in their way to a National Championship. Outside of winning a National Championship Erica has won a gold medal with Team Canada in U19 World Cup, Was a MAAC Midfielder of the Year, MAAC rookie of the year, is Canisius all-time leading goal scorer with 186 goals and was on the 2019 All-Big Ten team.
