On today’s podcast I sit down with incoming junior on the Stanford Women's Lacrosse team Annabel Frist. In this interview Annabel talks about her Stanford lacrosse career which included a Pac 12 Championship win. Annabel also reflects on growing up in Nashville and playing for St. Stephen's & St. Agnes in Alexandria, Virginia. Annabel made it to the All-Pac-12 second team and Pac-12 all-tournament team. She also was a U.S. Lacrosse All-American (2018).
